Products that arrive damaged may be returned. A full credit will be given for returned products. The credit will always be made in the currency and method by which payment was originally made.
If the order received is incorrect, items may be returned, undamaged, in exchange for the correct item(s).
To return an item, you must contact W3Commerce within three days of receiving your order.
